The Coastview Vineyard, perched atop Chualar Canyon 2,000 feet above sea level is definitely one to watch for great California wines. Ian Brand, winemaker of the Coastview label, will be here at Soif from 4-6pm February 3rd to talk about this special vineyard site and the wines. Stop by to taste the Coastview "Terraces" Chardonnay and the "Xu-Fu," a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Ian will also be pouring several wines from his own label P'tit Paysan, including, Le P'tit Pape, a Rhone-style blend, and the P'tit Paysan Petit Sirah.
Cost is $5 and will be waived with a bottle purchase.
