The single most popular wine since Soif has opened, which by the way, will be ten years this coming August, is not any of the usual suspects one might expect. It has been for ten years running, the pink Pinot Noir bubbly from Alsace produced by Domaine Allimant Laugner. In addition to this delectable pink bubbly, this tiny house (that has been producing wine in Alsace since 1724) makes a variety of different whites and a still Pinot Noir.
Stop by Friday, April 27th between 5-7pm to meet Nicolas and taste their different wines for just $5!
The tasting fee will be waived with a bottle purchase.
