Love is in the air at Soif! This Valentine's Day we will be serving a special three course prix fixe menu. The cost of the meal is $75, with the option to include a wine pairing for an additional $35 (not including tax and gratuity). The prix fixe menu will be also be offered Friday, February 15th and Saturday, February 16th, in addition to our a la carte menu. Chef Tom McNary has created the following menu for the evening*:
Oyster shooter with Uni yuzu and hijicki
Crab and avocado toast
Winter lobster salad artichokes leeks and truffle vinaigrette
Baked goat cheese with baby beets and garden lettuces
Braised beef short ribs with lentils horseradish cream and herbs
Seared sea scallops with beets arugula and blood orange buerre rouge
Chocolate tart with pistachios and mascarpone
Butterscotch pot de creme with salted pecans
