We are thrilled to welcome back Terah Wine Co. for a special spring release party on the patio at Soif on Cinco de Mayo! Terah started her professional career in the hospitality industry studying at the International Culinary Institute in California. She then spent time working in wine bars, a Michelin-starred restaurant, wine education, and consulting in the Bay Area. Terah holds a BS in Finance from San Jose State University and a master’s degree in Enology and Viticulture from Montpellier Supagro in France. She ambitiously immersed herself into the international world of wine, and completed 13 harvests covering five countries. She is currently the head winemaker for Dorcich Family Vineyards, and launched Terah Wine Co. in 2020, which focuses on working with organic and biodynamic grapes, growers that care about the land and people they work with, and low intervention winemaking.
We will be featuring 3 (and maybe more!) of the Terah's Wines. The tasting will take place on our patio from 5pm to 7pm on Thursday, May 5th (happy Cinco de Mayo)! We will also have a few Cinco de Mayo themed appetizers made by chef Tom McNary available for purchase. The cost of tickets are $25 for general admission and $10 for Soif Wine Club Members. Tickets may be purchased online or at the event.
