Cozy up with our popular Tom & Jerry, featuring cognac and Jamaican rum. Served in a mug, this hot concoction is a seasonal favorite here at Soif.
Featuring our neighbor - Cat and Cloud Coffee – our Oaxacan Cold Brew adds some mezcal to give this coffee lover’s libation a smokey twist.
A cocktail staple at the restaurant – our seasonal punch gets a wintry mix with the Punch d’Hiver featuring Mikkeller gin, Lairds Single Cask apple brandy, fino sherry, cranberry oleo and star anise.
And – months in the making – the Rye, Jerez & the Fir features balcones rye, super anejo tequila, amontillado sherry, espodol garnatxa and house Douglas Fir bitters. Fun fact – the Douglas Fir is from a farm in Soquel and we perfected these bitters over the course of six months!
